Staff Access - How Add and Reset Password

To add a user:

  • Go to Add -> Staff Login -> Add User.

To reset a password for a user/staff member:

  • Go to Add -> Staff Login.
  • Press reset beside the person’s name.
  • This will generate a new password and email it to them directly. They may need to check their spam/junk folder.

To change your password

  • Go to Add
  • Click Change Password
  • Enter your new memorable word
  • And click save
  • The system will add a random 4 digit number to the end of your memorable word
