How do I send a message to parents?
Go to Add -> Private Messages -> Send Message.
- Choose when to send the message
- Choose who it going to. You can choose groups or individual contacts
- Enter your title. This is what will show in the app notification
- Enter your full message
- Choose whether you want parents to be able to reply
- Choose whether to translate the message
- Press Preview and Send
How will parents receive the private message?
If they have their app verified they will receive an app notification. If their email is on the system they will also receive the message via email.
What to do if a parent does not receive app messages?
Get the parent to contact us through the app support section at the bottom of the messages tab. This will send us their app data and we will be able to work out the issue.
